Back-to-School: boys fashion -part III

I'm finally feeling good enough to write. It's been really crazy this last week with me getting sick and prepping to be out of town for the weekend. It's just me going out of town...about an hour or so away...you'd think I was leaving for a month!

There's so much to make sure is covered while I'm away!! Am I the only one that feels this way? Having to over-prep, making sure everything is laid out for the little one(s) because god forbid the Hubs put them in something that doesn't match! [the horror!] sigh. I'm working myself up for nothing. It will be fine...right?!?

Did I mention I still need to pack? It's just for a day/night and I've made a list in hopes of not forgetting anything. [crossing my fingers here]

missing my makeup and clothes

This post is LATE. Shocking I know. I simply was not feeling well enough to bribe M for some pictures and therefore didn't post. Does anyone else have to bribe their kid for pictures or to do something for them? M doesn't like taking photos. He's been wanting money or Lego's in exchange for picture taking. I started with 50 cents and he is now asking for at least $1. That boy knows how to hustle.

You guys. I love Old Navy. Is has to be one of my top 5 favorite stores {maybe even top 3}. I absolutely love it for M. The clothes fit him perfect and it's comfortable for him to enjoy wearing it. It's really affordable too! They always have sales going on whether it's in-store or online.

Striped-Graffiti Tee {$7.} -love this! It's great alone or under button-up shirts.
Slim-Fit Jeans in Bandolier Brown {$16.00} -this is such a nice color because it's not brown or khaki. They are also 'jean' material so they can be dressed down or up depending on the occassion.
L/S Raglan Tee {$10.00} -really like the green/grey combo. Great with jeans.
Textured Henley in BlackJack {$14.00} -very comfortable and good quality shirt.
Boys Skinny Jeans in Dark Rinse {$14.00} -skinny jeans are my favorite for M! He is so slender that anything bigger looks frumpy on him. These are such a good wash and great quality.
Boys Patterned Shirt in Marion Berry {$16.00} -love this! Especially like that the under pattern in different so you can see the contrast when rolled up.
Boys L/S Graphic Tee in In The Navy {$9.00} -an everyday graphic tee. I like that there isn't alot going on as far as the 'graphics' go.
Boys Plaid Shirt in Swept Away {$12.00} -another great shirt! I feel like this pattern is "holiday" to me, which I'm really liking. I can just see M in holiday pictures! :)
Boys Skinny Jeans in Light Wash {$14.00} -again great wash! Gotta have a light colored pair of jeans.
Boys Canvas Mid-Top Sneakers in Grayscale {$20.00} -this gray wash is great for Fall and Winter months here in Texas. They pair great with skinny jeans.

In case anyone is wondering or for comparison as far as sizing goes...M wears XS/S in Old Navy tops. It really just depends on the style. Jeans are size 6 regular. Currently M is between shoe sizes and I feel that ON shoes tend to run a bit large so he's in a size 1.

This was a pretty decent haul for back to school from Old Navy. We shop there all the time-not just for M but for ourselves.

he didn't want to stand because his legs were "tired" from soccer practice...oh boy.

can you tell M was just NOT having it?? the torture of picture taking!

We love Old Navy for our whole family! They have such wearable clothing for everyday. I personally love their tees and dresses. They are all so comfy. Do you shop at Old Navy? If so, what are some of your favorite items from their store?

*Not affiliated with any of the above named brands and/or products. Goods were purchased with my own money. All opinions are my own.

Drugstore Fall Lip Colors

Happy Tuesday! I hope you all had a great start to your week. Better than mine anyway. I came down with a stomach bug a couple days ago and am just starting to feel well enough to function. It was complete horror! I felt like death.

**We had a blog makeover! I hope you all like the new look as much as I do!**

I absolutely LOVE a nude lip color. It pairs well with any look, from a daytime work look or for a night out on the town-nude lip color is my go-to!

Aside from nude lip colors, I tend to go towards berry or mauve colors. I'm not much of a dark 'vampy' kinda girl. [plus the Mr. doesn't care for reds or deep dark colors] With Fall around the corner I thought this would be the perfect time to share my favorite Drugstore Fall Colors

top to bottom:
Revlon Super Lustrous- Mink: nude-brown color. I love this for a Fall nude color. Looks great on olive skin tones!
NYX-Thalia: muted mauve. It's really creamy and pigmented.
Maybelline-Nude Nuance: creamy matte color. It's a semi-matte finish with bit of warm orange tint. Great for everyday wear!
Revlon Colorburst-Sultry: this is a truly matte lip color. It's a raspberry mauve color. Super pigmented and full coverage.
L'Oreal Colour Richie-Spiced Cider: [don't you just love the name?! it's screaming FALL!] It's a reddish-brown color. {I believe it's a dupe for Brick from MAC but I've never tested it myself so don't take my word for it}
Wet n Wild-Blind Date: you cannot beat this price! {98 cents!} This is a pretty berry color. You do have to apply it several times because it is not very pigmented.
Milani-Cabernet Blend: this is such a gorgeous deep red-wine color. It's uber-creamy and rich in color. It does have a fragrance to it-so if fragrance on lipsticks are not your thing then is will not do.
NYX Butter Lipstick-Hunk: this is more of a berry color. Applies like a balm but can be build-able with enough applications. Very moisturizing.

So there you have it ladies! All of the lip colors can be found at Target, Wal-Mart or your local drugstore and best of all they are super affordable!!

Do you have any of the lippies I mentioned above? What are your favorite drugstore lip colors for Fall?

Quick & Easy Dinner!

Is it just me or do you sometimes feel like you're running around like crazy doing who-knows-what? I feel like that 2-3 times a week...sometimes more. Especially when M has soccer practice. We barely have enough time to pick up dinner, let alone cook. The husband and I alternate taking him to practice and on the days he takes him I make a quick dinner. They both come home like hungry cavemen. [no joke]

Just 5 ingredients and you are good to go! Easy peasy right?! I used what I had on hand but you can substitute to make it healthier or to your preference.

I love Vodka sauce! It's super yummy! We also prefer using ground turkey. You can use ground beef or chicken-whatever your little heart desires.

First, you will cook the pasta at directed. I had rigatoni on hand but any short pasta will do. I like changing it up with rigatoni and elbow pasta. Drain once done cooking.

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking dish or you can use a casserole dish. I used a baking dish and greased with non-stick olive oil spray. Set aside.

Next comes the ground turkey! You're going to season it with the Goya Total seasoning. I love this stuff because it's great on any type of meat! LOVE!

Once the pasta and your meat is done cooking, you will add the pasta to the baking dish. Follow with meat on top of pasta. Lastly, you will add the pasta sauce.

This is where it gets messy. You will need to mix everything together. I prefer using my hands. Just mix, mix, mix. Make sure the pasta sauce is evenly disbursed.

cheesy goodness!!

Top with cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

Serve and ENJOY!

Super easy to make and you will have leftovers for lunch or dinner the following day as well! PERFECT! Such a kid-friendly dish too! We served it alone but it pairs great with a side salad.

Also, I wanted to share these cute little pot handle sleeves with you! I snagged a pair last year during one of M's fundraisers. Great purchase!

They come super handy when I'm draining pasta! Plus they come in fun patterns. Have you ever bought something from a fundraiser that you use on the daily or comes in handy quiet often? Let me know your find in the comments below!

Who lost their wedding band?!

Have you or your significant other ever lost your wedding band or engagement ring? Horrible horrible feeling, right?! ...well, I'd never know because I didn't loose anything...the husband did. {eye roll} Can you believe it? And here he was pointing fingers that I would be the careless one and loose my rings someday. [haha not TODAY honey, not today]

The Mr. found out about a "rubber" made wedding band. That's all the info he gave me. So on to research I went.

I came across QALO Rings. QALO Rings are made of 100% medical grade silicone. They are offered in both men and women sizes. The rings come in a variety of colors and collections so you are sure to find one that best represents your relationship.

Each rings is stamped with an image that represents each collection:
Quality: crossed hammers; defining attribute of the world's best products
Athletics: kettle ball; athletic life is a healthy lifestyle
Love: heart; marriage and family are the essential pursuit of the best in life
Outdoors: compass; world's greatest playground

Along with these collections they also have bands honoring the men and women in law enforcement {Thin Blue Line}, fire protection {Thin Red Line} and the EMS community {Thin White Line}. They also have rings that aid towards causes like breast cancer and lupus.

After some reading and research I thought these would be great for us! Prior to the Mr. loosing his ring, he would always take it off to play soccer and it was so banged up and scratched it was embarrassing. Not a hard decision at all, I went ahead and ordered us a matching pair.

They each came in small zippered pouches. The pouches are great if you are using the rings for when you workout, activities or work. You can keep your traditional band secure in these pouches, during the use of your QALO Ring.

I ordered us the Athletics collection in black. It's a constant reminder to continue living a healthy lifestyle and that we are both in it together! #toostrong

They have a ring size guide on their website if you do not know your ring size. Their sizes are true to size. {his-10 mine-7} [my ring size is always a 6.5 but I went up a size as suggested on their website and it fit perfectly]

I always wear my traditional wedding band to work, not the engagement ring. Because I work full-time in the medical field, latex gloves are my life. I'm constantly putting and taking off gloves. Wearing a ring with a diamond on it is not the greatest in that environment. I had ripped gloves all the time! These rings are perfect!

I've been wearing mine like this-with my traditional band on top.

The Mr. really likes his! He likes that the silicone is comfortable to wear, even during his soccer games. I usually take my rings off when I work out because my fingers tend to swell. I kept the ring on to test it out...it was great! The silicone was comfortable enough and didn't get stuck on my finger as it swelled.

After a week and half of wearing the QALO Ring, it is still holding strong. I highly recommend it if you are looking for an alternative to a traditional wedding band. It's great for those in hazardous work environments, the medical field or athletics.

Date Night!

I hope you all had a great weekend! The weather is finally "cooling" here in our parts...and by "cooling" I mean it's in the low 90s. The mornings and evenings are amazing though! I can feel Fall weather is right around the corner.

The Mr. and I decided on a very last minute date night. We don't typically have a sitter for M and he was going to a kids' night out program so we took advantage and went for dinner and drinks.

We try to go on dates as much as we can. I think it is SO important to make time for just you and your significant other. Especially if you have children. At the end of the day it's just you and your honey. Keeping that SPARK alive is essential to a healthy relationship.

There's a Cuban restaurant that opened in June, it is really close to home and I've been wanting to go for some time now. With M busy for a few hours, it was the perfect time to go!

Mambo House is located in Round Rock, TX. They offer Cuban cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that is great for the entire family!

They have a great menu and everything they offered sounded amazing! I wish I could have ordered a little bit of everything!

Our server was really attentive and took our drink order immediately. We each had waters and alcoholic beverages...of course! The Mr. ordered Bacardi and Coke...or shall I say a Cuba Libre. I chugged sipped on a red wine that was AMAZING! {i cannot for the life of me remember it's name}

During our wait they brought us fried plantain chips with a habanero mango sauce and mojo. The habanero mango was my favorite...the Hubs had to set it aside though because I have a mild allergy to mangos {it was so good I couldn't resist!}

We also ordered Papa Rellena[fried roasted garlic mashed potatoes stuffed w/cuban ground beef] as appetizers.

For the main entree I ordered their Mambo House Paella[classic Cuban Paella with saffron rice, shrimp, chorizo, clams, mussels & scallops]. The Mr. had El Churrasco[skirt steak with cilantro chimichurri, moro negro & maduros].

you can add lobster tail if you wish

Everything was delicious! We were super stuffed by they time we got thru our food that we didn't have room for desert. We were told to come back for their Tres Leches Cake{homemade!}

I hear they have a pretty good Cuban sandwich and will definitely be coming back to try that amongst other yummy dishes!

If you live in the Round Rock or Austin area I highly recommend you stop in and check out Mambo House! It is perfect for date night or bring the whole family!

*they have recently extended their hours and are now offering weekly Happy Hour specials! Follow them on Facebook to stay updated on events and special news!

Ladies Craft Night: Fall Wreath

Last week I planned a {Ladies Craft Night}....wine, snacks and crafts with my girlfriends? Count me in!

We made Fall Wreaths and they all came out soooo good!  I sent out a group email to everyone that wanted to participate with several different wreaths to choose from, mainly for inspiration and ideas. Each person was in charge of getting their own supplies, so it made it easy to plan. Keep reading to find out what I made and the supplies needed.

Supplies:
wooden frame
spray paint {optional}
initial letter
ribbon  of your choice
fall embellishments
glue gun

i purchased my supplies at Hobby Lobby

I spray painted the frame a tan nude color the day before our craft night.

I first glued the floral arrangements {the crazy looking ones} first. Then added the burlap ribbon. I made it into a messy bow and glued it on the center of where the arrangements met. I bought metallic leafs {that I totally forgot to take pictures of} and separated them from the stem. I glued each, in no particular pattern, behind the ribbon.

I wanted a pop of color, something besides your typical rustic Fall colors, I had purchased some teal and light beige ribbon and added those in also. I glued a couple strips of each around the burlap bow.

I added the mini pumpkins to the burlap ribbon and I scattered the acorns around the ribbon and leafs.

I had small burlap ribbon that I used to tie the initial. I just wrapped it in between the frame and tied it securely to make sure it wouldn't slip off.

I bought a small black wooden chalk frame {no idea what to call this} and wrote "Happy Fall Y'all" on it. It already had the holes on it so I used the ribbon it came with to attach it to the bottom of the frame.

Add a ribbon to the top of the frame and it's ready to hang!

You can add so many different types of embellishments and ribbon to make this your own. That's the beauty of DIYs!

I love how everyone's turned out!!

do you see my sister's "organic" wreath? ;)

I can't wait until our next Ladies Craft Night! Wonder what we'll come up with next....

Back-to-School: boys fashion -part II

I swear Target will be the death of me. Does anyone else feel this way? You just cannot go into a Target for one thing...it's like everything is magically calling your name and you NEED to wonder the store. I mean it's to the point that when I announce to my husband "I'm going to Target", I always get a "see ya tomorrow" reply. His loss.

When I saw they had their back-to-school and Fall clothing out for kids I could not resist. I had to get a few pieces for my little guy. I wanted to get so much more but this momma has a budget. Until next time Target!

Target:
Boys' Button L/S shirt {$14.99} -I love shirts like this for M. They are great for layering. He likes the sleeves rolled up...makes them "cool" according to him.
Camping 3/4 Sleeve Graphic Tee {$9.99} -this with jeans is perfect! The 3/4 sleeve make it great for the Summer/Fall weather transition.
Boys' Texture Slub Stripe Tee {$7.00} -a basic tee with some color. The teal and orange are great for Fall this year. Basic tees are great for wearing under L/S button shirts or hoodies. My little guy gets hot and then cold really quickly so being able to accommodate with layers is great.
Boys' Jogger {$14.99} -these are so warm and comfortable. I don't like loose frumpy jeans/pants on M so I really like that these joggers are tapered at the bottom. Great for those cold Fall days!
Boys' Dip Dye Beanie {$7.99} -I have been searching for a reasonably priced slouchy beanie for M since last year! Ta-da! Finally found one! I like that the colors aren't too bright but rather muted so it can easily be matched with any piece of clothing. Definitely going to be a favorite this year!

M loved the joggers! He said they were really soft and warm and he wanted to wear them to school already...it's still 80 degrees out...

love the beanie!!!

I am a big fan of Target clothing. It is reasonably priced and the material is long-lasting. I highly recommend their kid clothing and shoes! I'm guessing M's shoe size is rather popular because it's so hard for us to find shoes his size. I have bought shoes from Target for him before and they last for a LONG time! Perfect for a growing boy as they are fairly inexpensive.

Keep a look out online or on the Target Cartwheel App for coupons or savings off of clothing. When I went they had a coupon running for $10 off your $40 kids clothing purchase. SCORE!

Are you a Target Junkie like me? What have you snagged for your little one or yourself? Let me know in the comments below!

My Favorite Fall Nail Polish Colors

I'm all about nude and matte colors. I love a nude polish and nude lipstick {my usual go-to lip}. Every now and then though, I need a little color in my life..or more so on my nails.

I did some research for 2015 Fall nail color trends and it looks like things are getting taken back to the 90s! Think deep hues...metallics, blacks, navy, plums and berries. Kind of your typical classic Fall colors if you ask me. But what do I know...I'm not the one walking the runway.

I rummaged thru the polishes I already had on hand and went to the store for a couple more {I'm wanting to give y'all variety} that's my excuse to shop I'm really loving this years colors. The copper and navy colors have to be my favorites!

left to right:
Nicka K: NY112 Classic Taupe -just like it's name this such a pretty classic color. I love! {$4.99}
Sinful Colors: Burst of Fresh [could not find it online but I purchased mine at Walmart]-this is a soft yellow with shimmer. Really pretty "fresh" color. {$2.00}
Sinful Colors: RainStorm-this is such a pretty cobalt blue color {$2.00}
Ulta: Set The Nude[old, similar]-your typical light airy nude. It has no shimmer which I prefer. {$6.00}
Ulta: Lavendaring[old, similar]-such a pretty plum/purple shade for Fall. {$6.00}
Sinful Colors: Copper Pot-this is definetly one of my favorites! I don't typically go for shimmer but it is such a gorgeous copper color. It's perfect for Fall!!

Loving all these polish colors for Fall. I think I'll be wearing RainStorm next.

What colors are you gushing over this Fall?

Family Game Night!

Hello lovies! I hope you all had a great holiday spent with your family and loved ones!!

We didn't do much yesterday, except run some errands. Later in the afternoon, we went over to our neighbors for a bit of swimming and BBQ. When we came back home {walked right over} we decided to play some games for a family game night! :) Keep reading for some of our family favorites!

from top to botton:
UNO: M received this as a gift for his birthday and we've enjoyed it tons! I love that it's a game we can take to restaurants and play while waiting for our food to arrive.
Fruit Ninja: I found this game while looking for "road" games to take with us to Puerto Rico. It's just like the App. M loved that it was "real".
Zingo!: I heard of this game last year while trying to make sight words fun for M. He loves bingo and the way this ties in the sight words is great. He has the ThinkFun version as well.
Chutes & Ladders: a classic! I think this is one of the first board games M played. We have it in a travel version as well that we purchased from FiveBelow.
Connect4: I think this is M's favorite. We take it everywhere!! ...and he's really good at it...my brother-in-law can tell ya ;)
Sorry!: this is another we really enjoy playing. I like that it's a game all 3 of us can participate in rather than just a 2 player game.
Hedbanz: love this game! It's super fun to play and even better with a group!

Do you have a family game night? We're always looking to add new games so I'd love to hear what your family favorites are! :)

Pro Soccer: Austin Aztex

Do you have a pro soccer team in your city? We have the one and only Austin Aztex! The hubs is part of Eberly's Army...our very own Austin Aztex' support group. Ray gets season tickets so we planned on going to the final home game of their 2015 USL inaugural season.

We had some tough rain at the beginning of the summer and it caused damage to the Aztex home stadium. Because of that they moved location to the Kelly's Reeves Athletic Complex in North West Austin. Lucky for us it's so much closer to home!

We started off by going to The League Kitchen & Tavern for eats and drinks before the game.

if you're a beer drinker they have special Aztex specials!

I ordered a Moscow Mule {that was pretty tasty} and we started off with their Spinach Artichoke Dip {delish!}

For my main dish I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and fries. They offer truffle fries {$2 extra} with garlic, parm and aioli...I should have ordered those. The hubs ordered them with his burger and I stole a few. SO GOOD!!!

Okay so enough of the food...let's get back to soccer...there was a bus that came to shuttle people from The League to the Complex. It's about 5 minutes away. Super close.

We sat in the Supporter section because again, the hubs is part of the crew :) *he's also the loudest lol you can hear him across field I'm sure haha

chants in hand-I'm ready to yell my little heart out!

At today's game the Aztex wore pink in support of Komen Austin.

after our 1st goal!!!

Prior to the game they had an online auction for each players' jersey. Of course, Ray had to bid for one. {we won the online portion!} They also continued the auction during half time....and we won our bid! YAY!

So did we win the game? OF COURSE we did!!! 2-1

GO AZTEX!!!

After the game, we were able to get our winning jersey and take a picture with the players.

Nate (friend) had only one job: take the picture...and it was blurry. sigh.
#77 Fernando Timbo

We had such a great time at the final home game and even better that we WON! GO AZTEX!!!

Have you been to an Aztex game? If you're from the Austin or surrounding area, come out and support your professional soccer team! Join us next year! :) *stay tuned at www.austinaztex.com for updates and events

Back-to-School Series: boys fashion

We've survived week two of school and have a pretty good routine going. I've also kept up with making lunches for the little guy {I've surprised myself}. There's money in his school lunch card just in case though.

There were some requests from the little guy this school year:
1. "I'm going to pick out my clothes and dress myself."
2. "I need cool shoes for running fast." {apparently the shoes MOM picks out aren't cool or fast enough...eye roll}
3. "My clothes need to be cool because I'm cool already." {where does this come from?!}

Sigh. Boy oh boy! I feel like this is only the beginning. I have some requests myself when it comes to his clothing:
1. Affordable.
2. Reliable/Good Material {because we don't want something to tear or wear on the first wash}
3. Comfortable.
4. Affordable {wait did I say that already?}

Children go through growth spurts all the time that spending an arm and a leg is just uncalled for. I dress M in clothing that is reliable, wears well and is affordable for our family. Spending $20+ on a pair of jeans that he will outgrow in a year is not in our pocketbook. After weeding out his Fall/Winter clothes from last year, he basically down to about 4 hoodies. All of his long sleeve tees were too short in the arms. Off to the store we go!

I want to start a series for the month of September. Affordable, wearable and "cool" {I'm told this is very important} looks/styles for boys. I will be picking 4 different stores and pieces of clothing from each. Keep reading to see which store I've picked first!

Wal-Mart
I don't think of Wal-Mart much when it comes to clothing, PJs, sure. But not clothing. We were getting school supplies weeks ago and walked by the boys clothing. WOW. They've revamped their look! I don't know how long it's been this way but I was thrown by surprise. We picked out a couple of tees but since they didn't have their Fall clothing out yet, I didn't get much. Needless to say, I went again a couple days ago. Again, WOW! Their pieces are inexpensive and wear well. This is what we picked up:

1. Levi Strauss & Co. Skinny Jeans {$14.00}-guys these are great for Fall! Also, they were on clearance for $7...and come to find out they rang up for $2 at the register! YAASSSS!!! We got the Sargeant Green color. I believe they come in 3 other colors, including your typical "blue jean".
2. Garanimals L/S Stripe Tee {$5.97} -I like that that is a tee but has thermal sewn on sleeves. Very comfy and the material is great. Perfect with jeans!
3. Garanimals L/S Thermal Henley Tee {$5.97} -such a classic, basic piece. I love solid colors that can go with anything. This goes great with the jeans we picked up as well.
4. Faded Glory L/S Flannel Shirt {$7.88} -love this! I picked it up in the orange/navy plaid. I couldn't find a picture on their website. They have several different colors in store. Super soft and warm material. Perfect for layering over a basic tee.
5. WWE John Cena Backpack {$9.88} -this year's backpack. We don't watch WWE. I was surprised he even wanted this backpack. M knows of J.Cena because of his BFF...and he wanted the same backpack LOL
6. Boys V Neck Tee {$2.97} NOT PICTURED ABOVE -basic tee, love that's it's v neck. Great for wearing alone or layering under hoodies and button ups. You cannot beat this price! They have over 10 colors to choose from too!

my handsome boy...i totally had to bribe him to take the picture.
wearing the jeans and v neck mentioned above
shoes: Vans hi tops {similar ones here}

Have you checked out Wal-Mart for your child/children? What are you favorite pieces from their clothing line? *stay tuned for next week's series!

To-Go Breakfast

I am always looking for an easy, yet yummy, meal. Breakfast is my favorite. Not gonna lie, I suck at making breakfast for myself during the week. Like the worst. Most of the time, I either forget it in the fridge or am in such a hurry in the morning that I forget to make myself anything worthwhile. Coffee is usually how I roll. Horrible I know.

I've tried omelette breakfast bites a couple times before. We all loved them so I've decided to make them again. They are easy to make and you can add just about any ingredient to make them your own. There are tons of recipes on Pinterest as well for different variations.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray. Set aside

Next, chop your veggies and breakfast meat. In a large mixing bowl add your eggs (I used 8) and beat. Add salt and pepper, to taste. I used mushrooms, onion, bell peppers, ham and english muffins for the "crust".

Lay a quarter of the english muffin in each tin. Add veggies and meat (in no particular order). Then you top them off with the egg. I usually use eggs AND egg whites but we were all out of egg whites.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until egg is thoroughly cooked.  *I make plain egg and ham ones for M, he doesn't care much for the veggies.

adapted from Ella Claire

Easy peasy! There you have it-breakfast to go for a few days! I store mine in the fridge, in an airtight container. Just grab and reheat :)

What are your to-go breakfasts? Let me know if you've tried variations of these breakfast bites!
